Zen Tutor Installation Service

If you have purchased Zen Tutor app in Codecanyon, and looking for first time installation you can create a free service request here. The installation service covers basic installation in the provided hosting and with small customization on the following. Please provide the required details to fullfill the requested services.

We require following details to complete the required.

• Codecanyon purchase verification id - This will be available in Codecanyon once you purchased the product.
• Website hosting login credentials (cpanel username and password or ssh login or something similar)
• The domain name you want to install this. Your should own this domain, if not purchase before the request.
• MySQL database details if it is not part of the hosting. Most of the hosting providers offer mysql database with phpmyadmin to manage them.

If you have requested for customization after installation, even though you could do them from the admin panel please provide below additional details.

1. Website Name / Title - If not provided Zen Tutor will be used as default site name.
2. Logo image - If you want to customize the logo of the app.
3. Email Configuration - For sending email notification from the websites. (smtp server url, authentication details and port numbers)

Also once installation is complete we will send the admin username and password to email given under the requested username.
